Youth Need a Place to hang out, feel safe, and connect with their friends and Jesus. We want to provide that opportuntiy to your student.  LCC YOUTH offers fellowship and Bible-learning opportunities for 7th-12 Grade Students. We want to come alongside students wherever they are on their journey, and show them the incredible love and power of Christ. By focusing on four main areas of ministry (Fellowship with Other Believers, Time with God, Using One's Gifts, and Sharing One's Story), we hope to help each student who walks through our doors feel welcome and grow deeper in their relationship with the Lord.

DEAR PARENTS,

At LCC YOUTH we want to come alongside you as you try to point your student to Jesus. We want to create a fun, engaging, and above-all Christ-centered community for your student to plug into. We also want to provide you with practical tools for discipling your middle and high school students. Sign up for our monthly resource email here.

Fellowship With Other Believers

Students grow best in community (Heb. 10:24-25, Prov. 27:17, Gal. 6:2). We want to help them make connections that will help them navigate their lives with wisdom and love.

Sponsors - Our Youth Sponsors are qualified adults who are a little further along the journey of discipleship than your students. We want students to build relationships with faithful adults who have their best interest at heart, and can help them navigate their own journeys.

Fellow Students - We want students to connect to other students with similar stories and struggles. Through games, events, and shared expereince, your student will make connections with other young believers who will help them follow Jesus.

Spending Time With God

Our prayer is that students leave LCC YOUTH closer to God than when they entered, knowing their Lord better than before. We emphasize Bible study and prayer at every turn; we will encourage students to make quiet, devotional time a part of their daily routine, as a means of seeing more clearly who God is and who He has made them to be (1 Timothy 3:16-17, Ephesians 6:17).

Using God-Given Gifts

We believe God has designed each student in His image and with a purpose He's called them to (Gen. 1:26-27). We also believe that God has blessed each student with unique talents and gifts that will benefit God's Kingdom and the world! We want to help your student discover the work God has prepared for them (Eph. 2:10), and empower them to serve their neighbors.

Sharing Our Stories

We believe that every student has a story worth sharing! God is working in their life to bring light and love, and He is making them into who He always meant them to be. We want to help students discern their own journey and learn to communicate with friends, family, and the whole all that God has done for them! (1 Chron. 16:8, Acts 1:8, 1 Peter 3:15).

Gospel Focus

Above all, we believe that Jesus has died for the sins of all people, to free us from darkness and bring us light and love we didn't know was possible. We believer that this is the best, most important news the world has ever known. We want your students to know this Good News too! We will constantly remind students that they are valuable, bought at a price, and loved by the One Who paid it. Our prayer is that students will graduate knowing Jesus as their Lord, Savior, and Best Friend!
